Train the Trainer

 The TTT program comprises of four components:
1. Classroom learning - insightful, interactive classes essentially aimed at giving to you a fundamental understanding into the world of children and learning. The sessions are held twice a week - every tuesday and thursday - in the morning from 10am to 1pm.
2. Assignments - Essentially a way of reflecting, experimenting and experiencing all the learning that you gathered from the session. (All assignments are submitted online - so that everybody can read each other's assignments and learn from them)
3. Peer to peer - collaborative work for shared learning - discussions, research and group work.
4. Actual practical working with children (to be done with children at geniekids or a group of children near your home).  Practicals can vary from two weeks to 3-4 months depending upon your needs and requirement of experience. There are many options for practicals and the same can be tailor made for you.

Attend this program ONLINE:
We offer all our classroom training program now as a combo online training. Which means while others attend the session physically here in the geniekids center - you login from your home (or office or cyber cafe) in any city and attend the same session online. You can obviously attend some sessions in-person and some sessions online - a mix! Click here to read how this works

16th Batch starts 18 NOV 2010, continues till march  (with two weeks holiday during school's Christmas vacations) - registrations are purely on first come basis (a batch consists of maximum of 25 participants - so hurry up if you are interested - to register - just pay an advance fee of Rs1000/- non refundable)

The Program is ideal for you if

>> Or you want to start own play school, nursery or primary school or a center like geniekids.
>> Or you are aspiring to be a teacher in pre-primary and primary sections of any already established school.
>> Or none of the above BUT you would still like to understand and know about children – in-depth.
