innocent salesreps in jungle class

Submitted by meera on Wed, 10/03/2010 - 23:02

Today each one of them selected their choice of shop counters for selling things. One child became the socks seller. When she got an interested buyer, she said we have three sizes-small, medium and large . She saw the size of the child and immediately selected the small size socks and said this will match for you-You can choose this. This did not dampen the spirits of the buyer. He still insisted on the medium size socks and the seller said it costs eleven rupees even for the small size but sold it to him. At another counter where there was rubberbands being sold, the seller shouted at the customer, you can't take so much--Only three is allowed.  At yet another counter, the seller sold the wool to the customer and started giving away his tokens to the buyer. The scenes at our market place were quite funny and memorable

Submitted by aditi on Fri, 05/03/2010 - 14:03

Today as I entered GenieKids I saw a cockroach lying on the floor. I decided to use this for welcome - see the cockroach with Magnifying glass.

Initially the cockroach was lying upside down - kids

1. I can cross the cockroach
2. I am not afraid
3. I am brave

Suddenly cockroach decided to turn around and ran - ALL the kids ran in different direction. Some were on chairs, some jumping on the floor.
And finally when Girija aunty came - there was a sigh......Aunty .................

unlimited exploration of expresso table

Submitted by meera on Wed, 03/03/2010 - 23:34

Initially we were wondering whether expresso tables turned out to be too heavy for the kids. But the apprehensions are gone now. Today two children in the class tied up the loose plastic edges of the tables like a boogie train and when the class got over figured out how to untie the knot themselves. Another child called his friend and they together shouted bajji bajji  by placing the expresso table on their head and carrying it to its stand . Some children showed their hand saying they want bajji. Pat came replay you pay me hundred million rupees and we were sitting amused at such a humungous figure for a bajji and said we can afford only 2 rupees. But the child was firm that it costs so much.

Change Channel

Submitted by aditi on Fri, 26/02/2010 - 00:11

Few days back Drupad came me and told me "I get bad dreams and do not like it"

After sometime, he said

"Whenever I get bad dreams - I change my channel to Hadippa"

Ratnesh asked "how you do that"

He said " see, when I watch TV and I do not like one channel, I change to another channel.

Like that when I do not like bad dreams, I change my channel to Hadippa"

We both were pleasantly surprised and told him " we too will try changing channel"

Ratnesh was wondering "does he read NLP ???"

I had three hours session on "Frames of mind today with TTT and this child "naturally" changing his frame of mind (atleast he has the tools". :)))

Ratnesh said "you hardly go inside the pool - just run around the pool - let us not go today".

He asked "papa are you me?"

Ratnesh had no words - both went to the pool and spent one good hour :)

He will learn things and TWIST in his own way and will TEACH me (his duty)
